While availing any of the payment method/s offered by us, we are not responsible or take no liability of whatsoever nature in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you out of the decline due to:

1. lack of authorization for any transaction/s,
2. or exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by you and between your “Bank/s”,
3. or any payment issues arising out of the transaction,
4. or decline of transaction for any other reason/s.
All payments made against the purchases/services on active8sports.com by you shall be compulsorily in Indian Rupees acceptable by the Union of India. Active 8 Sports does not accept any other form of currency with respect to the purchases.
Before shipping your order to you, we may request you to provide supporting documents (including but not limited to Govt. issued ID and address proof) to establish the ownership of the payment instrument used by you for your purchase. This is done in the interest of providing a safe online shopping environment to our users.

Credit Cards & Debit Cards

We accept VISA &  MASTER CARD Credit Cards issued in India and we accept Debit cards of all banks issued in India. International credit/debit card transactions will soon be/are also accepted through Paypal.

It encrypts your credit card and relevant information during the entire transaction process. This encryption makes your shopping experience safe and secure.

All Credit card and Debit card payments on active8sports.com are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading Indian banks and payment gateway service providers. Active 8 Sports uses latest 256-bit encryption technology to protect your card information while securely transmitting it for processing the payment.

Active 8 Sports does not store Credit / Debit card numbers, CVV / Security Code, Pin for 3D Secure, Expiry date on any of its servers and only collects in a session while making a transaction. The said information may however be stored by Risk Management / Fraud Management Systems of banks/payment gateways with authority to do so. Risk Management / Fraud Management Systems are used for ensuring that payment card frauds are kept to minimum and all necessary information regarding payment cards is secure for you, us and the payment card industry.

EMI Payment Option

We currently do not provide any EMI payment option.

Cash on Delivery Option

You can also pay through Cash On Delivery (COD). In this case you pay in Cash to the courier person while accepting the goods. COD payments would be accepted for orders with total invoice value up to Rs 25000/-. An additional fee of Rs.200/- will be added by our Courier Partner as a convenience charge.

Placing a Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Order

  1. When prompted to choose a Payment Option, select “Pay By Cash-on-Delivery”
  2. Our Customer Care team will call you to verify the details.
  3. Once verified and confirmed the order will be processed for shipment in the time specified, from the date of confirmation.
  4. You will be required to make a Cash payment (no cheque or DD will be accepted) to our Courier Partner at the time of delivery.
  5. For Cash on Delivery orders packages cannot be opened until complete payment has been made to the Active 8 Sports representative.

Refund of Payment

If you have selected Cash on Delivery and order has not been delivered, there is no amount to refund because you haven’t paid for your order.

For refund of payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking, please get in touch with our Customer Care team.

If you would like a refund to your bank account/credit card, the same will be processed by bank/payment gateway within 15 working days of order cancellation (Please note, refund of online payment can happen only once against an order). Payments made through Cheque/DD/Cash on Delivery will be processed within 15 days of receiving the Bank Details from you.

Refunds pertaining to product(s) which have been returned will be offered once we have received the product(s) back with us (and they are not in damaged condition) . Because of any circumstances beyond our control, if we are not able to service the order, we will inform you and initiate replacement of product(s) not available or refund against the product(s), as per your choice.
